¿Como reclamar un rembolso?

hice una compra con mastercard y el producto me llegó roto, le escribi al vendedor y me dijo que haria el rembolso, me llego el mensaje del rembolso desde el 26 de mayo  y aún no se me refleja el rembolso en mi cuenta.  ¿cómo reclamo??
