Hi. I have one auction that someone has won but not yet paid for and two others that the same person would like to buy. Each auction is listed with its own shipping fee obviously. How do I combine the three separate auctions into one combined shipping fee? Should I have the buyer pay for all three and then I ask for a refund to be sent to them? Not sure what to do here.
thank you!
Bruce

It's fairly easy to send a partial refund on one or all items after the buyer has paid in full. Go to any one of the three sales and select "refund". You would then enter the amount you would like to refund.
Alternatively, if you have turned on the option to "allow combined payment and shipping" within your Shipping Preferences, the buyer can request a combined invoice from their shopping cart.
If you turn on that feature, and the buyer makes the request, respond to the request with the combined shipping rate so that the buyer can complete checkout and payment.

Hi @mr.doggie When the last Auction ends that the same Buyer is after and they win them all you simply click on Send invoice on ONE of the items and ALL the items will be placed on the invoice from that Buyer. Adjust the shipping cost then send it off to them for payment
Buyers have the ability to request an updated invoice too which allows Sellers to adjust the shipping cost before sending the invoice back for payment.
I do this all the time ...
