Click purchase label, then on the label page, click buy labels in bulk in the upper right.
On the bulk shipping page, select the orders for that buyer and click combine. Enter the new combined weight and dimensions and buy the new combined label.
If you want to send the buyer a little refund, go back to your sold orders and select send refund next to one of the orders. Repeat if needed with other items.
