If the buyer has not yet paid, place the 3 items into your shipping package and weigh it. Measure the dimensions. Go to USPS.COM and enter the package weight/dimensions and determine the shipping cost to your buyer. Go to one of the sold items, and you can send an Invoice for the package.
If the buyer has paid for each of the 3 items, when you go to print the shipping label, enter the weight and dimensions and print out the label. Then go to your Orders > Paid & shipped and you can then select Send refund, select a reason, select an amount for the partial refund, submit.
