Combined shipping

How do I do combined shipping if the buyer has paid for shipping after each one was sold?   There is a ship by date and if I ship in a flat rate box how do I not lose my rating for each one?

When you print the labels if the buyer paid without an invoice then be sure to select all items then select print shipping labels from the top the list.   This will then apply the tracking to all items in your order, this is very important.  

If you wish to refund part of the shipping costs> 

Go to the sold item and select Send Refund from the drop-down menu next to the item.
Next screen select the reason for the refund> enter the amount> submit I like to take some off of each item and not the order total just in case on item is returned.

Thank you!!   I tried it and that works!  I appreciate your help  because the buyer was purchasing 20 items and I did not want to lose those sells..
