Combined shipping after buyer has paid

I had two listings purchased by the same buyer who already paid. I packed both items in one box.  How do I do the shipping now?

You can issue a partial refund for the difference. One of the drop-down options is “shipping discount.”

Go to

Seller Hub > Orders > Awaiting shipment

Locate both items. Click the box in front of each one. Click the SHIPPING tab at the top, click to PRINT labels. On the next screen, enter the weight and dimensions of the package, pay and print the label.
