Combine shipping after the buyer has paid

I had a buyer purchase several items and now whats to combine the shipping buy she has already paid for the item individually and I still combine the shipping

Hi @cubs4917_88 

-You can combine on your end and then refund the shipping overage to the Buyer.

-On the "Awaiting shipment - print shipping label" file use the check box beside each item to be combined.  Next, go to the top of the list to the Shipping drop down menu on the left and select Print shipping labels.

-Your items will be moved to the Bulk label page, use the check boxes again and at the top of the list click the Combine button.  

-The items will be combined and on the right side of the page you can change the weight, package dimensions and shipping method (if required).  The price in the upper right will update and you can pay and print the label.

-The bulk label has no eBay banner at the top and if you want a receipt it is a secondary print option, meaning the receipt portion will NOT be printed with the label.

-When you are ready to refund the shipping overage go to the Orders file, find the items in question and use the drop down menu on the left scrolling towards the bottom of that list and click on Send refund.

The next few pop up pages will walk you through the refund process.
