My buyer is adamant he hasn't got a collection code.
He collected the TV I've sold to him on Monday 24th February but I can't mark the item as collected and therefore I haven't received the payment and I'm currently out of pocket - and not happy at all!
How can I mark the item as collected without the collection code????
