So I have seller who I asked to the dates of of some proof sets which are in packaging and you can't see the coins when I asked what year they where he there already packed.Seems kind of odd to me?My question I made an offer and he accepted can I retract my offer?

If you made the offer, and it was accepted, and you no longer want the item, you can use the CONTACT SELLER link and let the seller know you wish to cancel the transaction.  The seller is not obligated to do so.  If the package has not been shipped, the seller can indeed cancel the transaction with the reason Buyer requested.
