Closed return case

So I didn't know that you can't reopen a case once you cancel it. So I cancelled thinking I could reopen it because he didn't give me a partial refund. Is it possible in any way to request another return?

No, you can not open another return or reopen the one you closed.

If you paid through a paypal account, open a not as described dispute there.  Before opening the dispute, join their return shipping program.

If you paid directly with a credit card, call you card issuer and ask if their buyer protection program can help. They may be willing to open a charge back, depending on the problem.
