You’re not going to get very far with that. When you joined eBay, you were given a user agreement to accept, which you did, or you wouldn’t be here now. In that pesky little user agreement, you agreed to not file a lawsuit against eBay, but that any disputes would be handled by arbitration.
Edit: oh, my! Your feedback is 87%! Do you have an understanding of how to deal with customers? Your responses to negative feedback are also deplorable. You come across very badly in that. eBay is not for everyone. Perhaps you need to find another way to sell, where customer service isn’t expected.
