Hi  Community I hope Iam in the right place. My question,

When I make a sale my ching ching does not ring that I made a sale. I have to keep checking my email every so many hours. How can I fix this?

It isn't through your email.  Do you have the eBay app on your phone?  If so, go to My eBay.  Scroll all the way down to Account settings.  Click on notifications and check all that apply.  Make sure selling notifications are checked plus messages.  Then you can click on notification diagnostics.  It will do a test to make sure it is set up properly and should make the sound for you.  I just got a new phone and had to do this last week.
