Checkout incomplete

I’ve ordered and paid for goods on eBay which has gone from my bank account. EBay sent an email stating checkout incomplete an hour later . What does this mean and where do I stand? I’ve emailed the seller but had no reply since

I am guessing that your SHIP TO address might be missing or incomplete.
