Check out as guest and have not received item

Checked out as guest and item has not arrived.  When i use Checked out as guest and didn't receive item it gives error .  Is there a ebay hep email address i can send info to.

When you have an ebay account but buy an item as a guest and run into a problem, you have to go to the Order Confirmation email you received in your regular email account, to deal with issues. FYI, If you bought as a guest to avoid someone from seeing what you bought, it would be better to start a new ebay account and keep it a secret. All you need for it is, a different email address, you can enter the same personal and financial info to the account.
