I used chat to ask about a return. I was supposed to receive a transcript in both my personal e-mail and my Ebay messages, but it never showed up in either place. The personal email message claimed I only allow text and so could not receive the transcript (which is incorrect); the ebay message said here is your transcript but was blank. I'm worried that not having the transcript to refer to may mean my return case will be ignored.
