Charged twice for shipping

I sold an item yesterday and shipped it today. I had problems with my computer and could not get the shipping label to print. I tried another computer and brought up the shipping label again to be printed. Today Ebay deducted two shipping costs for one item shipped. How can I get reimbursed for this error?

@packersman  If you were charged twice for shipping it sounds like you selected print ANOTHER label instead of Reprint.   Your item will now have two tracking numbers.  Let the buyer know which number to watch.

The postal carrier will then refund you in 3-4 weeks on your all transactions page here:
