Charged twice for a shipping label on same order and can't get ebay to respond. How can I get help?

to Void a shipping label>
from seller hub, hover over Orders (top left of page) and click on Shipping labels and click on Void the label next to the sold item.
 
If it does not show up, it is because it went past the timeline, I think 5 days.

If so, you will have to void it thru the USPS website or physically go to a post office.

Void labels take at least 2 weeks to get refunded.
