I have no idea why but the messaging part of my eBay account isn't working properly. It won't load, but then when I go to the help and contact page and tap messages it goes to a different configuration. It's like for a computer screen and not for a mobile phone. Please help!

Try another browser, or another browser mode (mobile, classic or desktop) if you are using a mobile browser. Or try the eBay app.
If you have your eBay messages sent directly to an email address, try viewing your messages in your email.
To send a message, try going directly to the user's profile or feedback page using a desktop browser and composing a new message there using the Contact link.

If you are using the eBay app and are now unable to view your message inbox after trying the new updated message feature, try clearing your app cache and data. When you sign back in, your messages should load in the original format rather than the new trial version.
