Changing shipping from USPS Ground to USPS First Class for a large envelope

I am selling a comic book that will easily fit in a large envelope and would be cheapest to mail using First Class Mail.  It only shows me Ground Transportation that is more expensive .  A choice for First Class is not shown.  How can I change this?

First class mail does not have tracking, so you can’t print a label - you just use stamps and hand write the envelope.

Remember that with no tracking, you will have to refund if your buyer says not received.
