Changing or adding a category for an item that is not receiving views

How can I change or add a category for an item that is not receiving views?  I paid $1.99 to promote the item, still only 1 view after 2 weeks.

Go to

Seller Hub > Listings > Active

Locate the listing, click on EDIT and you can change the category and whatever else you want, as long as there have been no bids.
