Changing feedback

I want to change my feedback for a seller.  They overcharged sh for 3 items so I gave them a neutral after they never returned any of my emails.  They have since refunded me.  How can I change the feedback from neutral to positives?

Leaving a negative or neutral for shipping costs you think are too high is wildly unfair to the seller.  You agreed to the shipping costs when you paid, so you shouldn't complain after the fact.  It may come across as feedback extortion with you trying to get a partial refund.   Several of your feedback comments mention refunds or pricey shipping.  You may find yourself blocked because of this. 

Just an FYI if you don't sell--the USPS raises prices 2-3 times per year and shipping IS expensive. 

You can ask the seller for a feedback revision form.

I asked for an answer to how to change feedback.  Your reply/opinion was not helpful.  BUYERS leave feedback to how they felt about an experience not what a seller  wants them to leave.   IF my expetience is less than satisfactory, they may het a neutral or worse.  I have been on ebay almost 25 years and purchased over 6000 items.  Ihave left less than 10 neutrals in all that time and probably around 15 to 20 negatives.  It takes a lot yo hey a negative.  Rude commentsry is a great start.  I am a professional.  I give feedback based on merit.  I pay for items immedistely and let sellers know my policies.  Usually things go smoothly. 

My seller and I are working things out but please know that I am very fair in my feedback and was supposed to receive combined sh.  My seller failed to answer any of my emails.  My attempt to change my feedback is a goodwill gesture on my part.  BUT had my seller responded like you just did, the neutrals would stay. 

20.00 for three items weighing less than 2 oz is a bit much and so I have policies about that.

But thank you for your non help.  I did not write the question for you  or anyone else to vent about buyers. 

I wrote because it has been years since I wished to change my feedback and things have changed.
