Positive feedback cannot be changed.
In order to change the Neutral feedback you left ... you will need to ask the seller to send you a Feedback Revision Request. [Sellers only get 5 FRRs per year ... so the seller may not want to waste one on a Neutral.]
Customer Service will not help with this. You can leave a Follow up to the feedback if you wish.
