I have an ebay store (basic) and am trying to now change the listings to an "auction-style" listing. Whilst the system allows me to place a "buy it now price" and a "start bid price", it won't allow me to put a "reserve price". The column says N/A. Can anyone assist please?

@littlewardrobesecrets This is volunteer help on eBay.com. eBay likes to send us visitors from other countries. 🙂
I see that you are located in Australia. Reserve Price is only allowed in the eBay Motors category in Australia>>
Always start auctions at a price you will be happy with if you get just one bid.

It looks like reserve prices are not available in certain situations when switching a fixed-price listing to an auction-style listing. Based on eBay's guidelines, here’s why you might not see the option to add a reserve price:
❗Some categories do not allow reserve prices. If the category you are listing in does not support reserve prices, the option will show as N/A.
❗Changing from fixed-price to auction does not allow a Buy It Now option, and some listing upgrades may not carry over.
❗Not all eBay Store subscriptions support reserve prices. While higher-tier stores allow it, certain lower-tier subscriptions might not.
Reserve price might not be available for revising an active listing. You may need to end the listing and create a new auction listing from scratch to set a reserve price.
To revise your listing, follow these steps:

If you're still having trouble adding a reserve price to your auction listing, you can contact eBay directly for assistance. You can request a call back here:

An eBay representative can check if your category, store level, or listing settings are affecting the reserve price option and help you resolve the issue.
