Changed delivery method and payment

I listed an item for local pickup.  They buyer says they didn't notice and lives 3000 miles away.  They want to use venmo to pay me to ship outside the ebay system.  I don't have venmo and don't want to be scammed.  How do I handle this?  Thank you.

@downeast_24  Don't do that as you'd have no tracking to prove of delivery plus you don't have the buyers address.  

You need to cancel the sale as problem with buyers address from the drop down menu next to the sold item.  Refund the buyer . Then relist WITH shipping buyer pays> calculated, if you wish to ship the compotes.  

I always recommend saying Local Pick Up in the title as many buyers don't notice it especially on a cellphone.
