The seller needs to send to the SHIP TO address attached to the payment. When you went to ebay Checkout and saw the wrong SHIP TO address, you should have clicked the CHANGE link and made the change.
What you can do now is go to your Purchase History, locate the transaction, click CONTACT SELLER, and explain that you need to have the transaction cancelled because the Ship To address is incorrect.
