Change shipment from shipped UPS to Picked up

Buyer chose UPS then contacted me and picked up. I accidentally marked as shipped. I was able to unmark it as shipped but now I don't have an option to mark it as picked up. Can anyone help me with this?

You can not change the delivery method after the sale. Since you used a different delivery method than the one the buyer selected when they purchased all you can do is mark it as shipped on the order. The option is in the drop down menu for the item on your orders page.

If this should happen again the way to handle it is to cancel the sale using problem with buyer's address and relist the item with the correct shipping method for them to repurchase. With local pick up the buyer receives a QR code and a digit code that the seller enters into the eBay APP as proof of delivery.

If your funds are on hold until the item is delivered and you do not have proof of delivery your funds will be released, if the buyer does not make a return or refund claim, after the full hold time.
