I received a broken Lladro...contacted the Seller who referred me to eBay. I initiated a refund and was given date of 04/14/23 to give eBay the tracking number of the returning package. A day is 24 hours in duration and a typical work day lasts until late afternoon at the very least. I received the "Case is Closed" email in the early morning AFTER the package had been put in the post.
I am disabled and require assistance to help me do various tasks. I respectfully request to reconsider your denial and refund my costs. Thank you...Catherine

Did you open a return for an ITEM NOT AS DESCRIBED, damaged?
Did you use the prepaid return label ebay sent you?

What day did you get the package to the post office, and did you have the clerk scan the tracking number?

Review the details with customer service, and see if they will enter an appeal. eBay days end at midnight PT.

If you don't see 'have us call you' right under the chat link, click chat. Then at the bottom of the chat topics, click more, then click contact an agent.
If you sent the return, and eBay customer service can not appeal the decision for you, contact your credit card issuer. Ask them to open a dispute for a return with no refund.
