Captcha after using paypal every time

Every time I check out I get this Captcha crap If Paypay authenticates me with no problem why do I get the Captcha crap! Is ebay trying to say paypal is not secure? I use the same computer and the same browser every time I use ebay. Also I use the same static ip address to connect. I think it is time to move to another platform for buying and ditch ebay. Off to look for an alternative site. Amazon does not have such crap. Paypal does not have such crap. Do a search for ebay alternative to something that will not harass you so much!

Try another browser as a test; if you do not run into the repeated Captcha requests, try manually deleting your eBay cookie once in the original browser.
