Cannot scroll down on the Make An Offer page.

On the main page of ebay website you are given an option to "Make An Offer" on an item, i click on the "Make An Offer" it takes me to another page, i can put in the amount that i want to offer but, i cannot scroll down the page to click on the continue button to continue the transaction, the black scroll bar on the right hand side of the page is not there to move the page up or down.  Please help as to why the black bar is missing on the right hand side of the page and i cannot scroll up or down.  Thanks In Advance.

Try another browser to rule out a browser issue. 

If you are using a high magnification setting in your browser, try zooming out to see if that allows you to reach the bottom of the page. Try holding down the Control key and using plus, minus or zero to zoom in, zoom out or reset the zoom level.

Or try accepting or making those offers using the eBay app or a mobile browser.

Thanks, i can scroll with other browsers, the scroll bar disappears when i click on the make offer with ebay and it takes me to the page to make the offer.

To be more specific lets say i put in the search bar on ebays website Pokemon Cards, it brings up a list of pokemon cards, now i can scroll on the main page where it list a lot of pokemon cards but, if i click on a pokemon card that has "Make An Offer" it will take me too the page to make the offer but, there is no scroll bar on the right hand side to move the page down to continue the transaction or upwards for that matter, it just disappears and you are stuck in the middle of the page.

On this page that i am replying to you the black scroll bar is on the right hand side of the page, you can move the page up and down as you wish with the scroll bar, you just put your cursor on the scroll bar and move it up or down.

I have cleared my cache and the problem still persists. It only disappears on ebay "Make An Offer" page.

The "make offer" page seems to be displaying correctly for me, allowing me to see the entire screen and all buttons using a desktop browser, mobile browser or app.

Have you tried making an offer using another browser? Which browsers have you tried? Latest versions?

Have you tried using a different device?

Have you tried changing the page magnification?

Have you tried scrolling down the offer page using your mouse's scroll wheel? Sometimes that works even if there is no scroll bar displayed.
