Cannot remove multi user access

Hi, 

Ive been trying for 8 days now to remove access for an account in the multi user access section. I cannot do it because i get a simple error that something "went wrong" and I have been getting this error for 8 days. 

When i do get in touch with someone on chat, all they do is ask me to try again and that they can only send a report to higher up. 

So i essentially have someone who is granted access to my account via ebay's mechanisms but I cannot turn that access of and Ebay will not assist. 

Any advice?

I see you have recently updated your user ID. You might try explicitly signing out of this eBay account and then signing back in. Sometimes a change in username does not fully propagate throughout the system until you have signed out and back in, and this can cause odd behavior and errors.

If that does not help, it might be worth trying again using an entirely different browser, just to rule out an issue or conflict with your browser's settings, history, cache, cookies or add-ons.
