Cannot print return label

I've tried for two days to print the label to return my item and I keep getting the message

"We couldn't process your request because of a technical issue. Please try again."

I ordered the item as a guest and when I click on the "Print Return Label" it is asking me to log in.  How do you do that if you purchased an item as a guest???????

I am running out of time to return the item.  Any help would be much appreciated!

Guest purchases are not connected to your eBay account, so you must first sign out of your current eBay account before using the link in the email to print that shipping label.
