Cannot print return label because of website error

I purchased an item a few days ago and I'm starting a return. I have received a return label but it will not load because of a website error.

The account you are currently signed into was created today.

Make sure you are signed in using the same eBay account you used to make the purchase when printing the label, otherwise you will get that error.
