Cannot increase number of items listed

When I try to increase the number of items I have listed on one of my listing it is giving me an error...

"The return policy cannot be changed or removed if an auction-style listing has a bid or ends within 12 hours, or a fixed price listing has a pending Best Offer."

I am not changing the return policy - I am just trying to increase the number of items listed.

I have recieved bids and sent offers for this item but now I cannot accept the offers either because it says i have no items listed.

I have tried editing directly from the item page and from the seller hub

You are asking this on ebay.com instead of on ebay.co.uk where your items are listed.  If you are trying to revise here on ebay.com there might be an issue with the listing tool due to different rules between here and there.

There are links over there that direct over here, and it is too easy to not notice.  Go to ebay.co.uk and try to revise the listing over there.  Keep an eye on your browser's address bar to make sure you sty there, especially when logging in or setting up a listing (listings set up here will be in USD with "domestic shipping" to US addresses).

Thanks - that is not the issue though.

I have been doing it through ebay.co.uk and even the app is giving  me the same error.

Not sure why it logged me into .com for the help though...I blame google 😉
