Cannot find my order in the list cannot contact seller

Hi there,

Horrible experience : went to EBay, purchased something as a guest with PayPal, received a message via email from the seller that order is delayed and what I want to do. I cannot go on EBay without an account, created an account with the same email, nothing in my order list, cannot contact the seller via his profile. Please help.

I do not want to cancel this order as it is a gift that I’m waiting for a long time now.

Since you purchased this as a guest, you will need to locate the email confirmation of your purchase and use the link within that email. You only have up to 30 days to request a refund.
