Why did ebay remove the selector for item not received ???? I have 2 deadbeat sellers that have never mailed my purchases and theres no way to report. The selector drop down no longer has the option to report item not received. When I try the other option using the help from bottom of page hop through the hoops it's said Ooops technical problem try again. Been trying for 3 days and same thing. EVERY time ebay does an update theres a guarantee of numerous malfunctions.
