Cannot create a listing

Is anyone else having issues with the Creat a listing button not working for selling items?

Called eBay.  They had me sign out of eBay, delete the browsing history/cookies, sign back in.  Now it works, i can list.:)

I can't list either, just a blank page 😞

Click on  SELL  at the top of the screen.  It's listed between Gift Cards and Help & Contact,  just to the left of BACK TO SCHOOL.
