Every time I try to purchase something, at check out I get a message telling me I have purchased too many items and temporarily will be unable to complete my purchase. I have not purchased anything. Haven't been able to for months. Always the same message. I have tried paying with my existing paypal account, my debit card and a credit card. I have verified that all information is correct. I have gone through your FAQS help. And I have cleared out all my temp files and cookies. Help, please. Thank you.
