Are you using the ebay app or a desktop computer?

If using the ebay app, on an iPhone or android?  If a desktop computer, what operating system and what browser?

If you are using the eBay app, make sure it is the latest version for your operating system.

Can you add an item to your cart using a browser instead of the app?

I am using an iPhone with an eBay app but I must admit I’m 66 years old and I do not know nothing about these phones at all so if you could explain something to me in Laymans terms that would be appreciated. Thank you very much

A browser refers to a web browser, such as Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Opera or Safari. The sort of software you use for the web when you are using a desktop computer rather than the eBay app.

If you use a web browser on your iPhone, you should be able to go to ebay.com, sign in to your account and see if that works better for you than the eBay app.
