Cannot Cancel sold item after shipping label was purchased

A customer contacted me to cancel their order after I had purchased/printed out the label. I attempted to cancel the item but kept getting the message "You can’t cancel this order because it was already shipped." I attempted multiple times to contact customer service but it is now IMPOSSIBLE to speak to a representative. The automated voice message always redirects you to go to the website. I have asked the customer to open a case to cancel his order. Is there another way?
