Had an item posted on ebay for a while. Received an email from a person in Thailand about the item. He said he was interested in it and would i ship to Thailand. I told him I would change it to "International Shipping" and told him that extra costs would be involved. He said he was still interested. Went in and changed it to International Shipping. He bid on the item and won. He them emailed me and said that there was an error and the seller (me) does not ship internationally. He has not paid for the item...I went in and checked my listing and apparently it did not change when I made the change.
Is it best just to cancel the order and relist or is there an easier way to complete this.

Go to]
Seller Hub > Orders > Awaiting shipment
Locate the item, click the down-arrow, click Send Invoice, and make sure you change the shipping amount to what you need to ship to Thailand.
You may have to add the buyer's user ID to the Buyer Exemption List:
