Cancellations

When a buyer bids, wins, and pays for the item then asks to cancel it and you receive a feedback request, do you respond "positive" or "report buyer"?

I don't leave feedback for non-payers. I ignore it.

I leave feedback on the paid and shipped page and I don't use the "feedback" page.
