If the cancellation has not yet been accepted, then contact the seller to let him know that you've changed your mind about cancelling and want to go through with the order.
Cancellations cost the seller time and money they can't recoup and disrupt the marketplace for other buyers. It's important to decide before you commit to buy that you want the item. Then go through with the purchase. When you buy on eBay, it's considered a binding contract.
