Cancellation of a refund

My shipment was lost in the mail. A refund was issued. The package was delivered. Can the refund be cancelled?

No, the refund can not be cancelled.

MEssage the buyer and ask if they still want the item - if so, agree on a way for them to repay the refund. You can use PayPal, Venmo, zelle, paper check, etc.  

If not, offer to send them a return shipping label.  You’ll need to create the label outside of eBay. www.pirateship.com is a good choice.
