It says it's too late to cancel the order. But I accidentally entered the wrong address, need to cancel it and re-order what should I do?
Although the seller didn't ship it out yet, just ordered it yesterday.

Contact the seller and ask them to cancel the transaction and relist it for you.
Go to the listing and find "contact seller" upper right.

But the seller said they will be charged if I ask them to cancel and told me to contact ebay directly. Where do I contact ebay?

The seller needs to choose "buyer's request" or "problem with buyer's address".
