I need some help. While I love eBay and have had very positive exchanges, I just had the two top bidders for an item ask to have their bids canceled. The first said he "did not place the bid," I figured it would just be easier to grant the request, even if it seemed a bit dubious. The second-place bidder then asked to cancel his winning bid because he had already bought the same item elsewhere after being outbid. The winning bid was $455, and the second-place bid was $267. Can I cancel the entire sale and start over?
