Canceling an order

Ebay says I marked the item shipped, which I must have done accidentally. It did not ship. But I can't cancel the order to refund the buyer. How can I get them their money back?

Go to

Seller Hub > Orders > Paid & shipped

Locate the order.  Clicked the down-arrow, click Mark as unshipped.  Now see if you can select Cancel Order in order to refund the buyer in full.
