Canceling a return requested order

I was gonna cancel the order as a seller. But my buyer request a return although I didn’t ship the item to her. Then he took it back. The issue is I can’t see cancel order option anymore. How can I solve this issue? How can I cancel this order?

You can't cancel it, but you should be able to issue a full refund.  Go to your list of sold items - you should see 'send refund' under the available actions. 

If the buyer just cancelled the return today, you might not be able to refund until tomorrow.
