Cancelation

I have a problem with my laptop, it ordered something on its own, I immediately contacted the seller and they approved the cancelation now Ebay is saying I waited too long and they can't cancel, someone please tell me what I can do? Is there a phone number for customer service?

I'd get rid of that laptop before it really goes crazy ordering stuff. I'd at least ground it for a month.
