I am a somewhat new seller and am having some issues cancelling a sale. Hey spoke with the buyer and we have both decided to cancel this order. There are a few issues I need some help with:
I did print a shipping label through eBay is today so it is showing as shipped even though it didn’t ship it yet. I haven’t received payment yet, but when I try to cancel the order, I am asked what cursor card do I want the use to issue the payment back to the seller. My concern is that I will be charged the refund amount even though I obviously won’t be receiving payment.
The second issue is that eBay charged me for the shipping label that I won’t be using. How do I get refunded for that?
This is all very frustrating and I wish there was an eBay phone number so they could help me to process this.
