How to cancel a return so the seller can issue a partial refund?

Cancel return

Do NOT cancel the return. The seller can issue a partial refund right from the return case. Only a seller planning to scam you will ask you to give up your protection before he performs. If you close the case, you will likely not hear from the seller again. This is a common ploy practiced by sellers in China.

If you really want a partial return, instruct the seller to go to the return case details, click Offer refund, and then select partial refund. But first... why didn't you want a full return? What reason did you use for opening the case?
